FORGOT PIN?

Follow these instructions to reset your ClickTheCity Account Pin:

1. Open the ClickTheCity Lifestyle App on your device.
2. Click the yellow ClickTheCity button in the middle.
3. Click on Unlink Device.
4. Click on Forgot pin?
5. Input the e-mail address used for account registration.
6. Click on Send Instruction and wait for the e-mail with Reset Pin link.
7. Click on the Reset Pin link and create your new ClickTheCity Account Pin.

REGISTER YOUR DEVICE

For users who have the ClickTheCity Lifestyle App on their phone but haven't created a ClickTheCity Account, register now to access Privileges and Mobile Ordering. Here's how to reigster:

1. Open the ClickTheCity Lifestyle App on your device.
2. Click the Privileges button or the Mobile Ordering button.
3. Click on Create an account.
4. Complete the registration and create a Pin.
5. Click Register and wait for the verification e-mail.
6. Click the verification link to activate your account.
