Her life takes a turn when she discovers her talent and knack for stand-up comedy. She then goes on a journey that takes her from her comfortable life at the Upper West Side and the nightclubs of Greenwich Village to the city’s comedy industry and the “Tonight’s Show” couch.

The series is from creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and stars Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, Michael Zegen, Marin Hinkle, and more. Fleabag

Fleabag is a British series from Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and is based on a one-woman show she first performed in 2013. It’s about Fleabag, a dry-witted woman who heals and copes with tragedy as she tries to navigate life and love in London.

Waller-Bridge also starred as the titular character in the TV adaptation, where she won the British Academy Television Award for Best Female Comedy Performance. The show’s second season also won numerous awards, including Best Television Series and Best Actress for Waller-Bridge at the Golden Globes.
