During its inaugural upfront presentation in New York on May 14, Amazon showcased the extensive range of content available on the world’s largest ad-supported premium streaming service, with appearances by top talent in film, television, and sports.

Mike Hopkins, Senior Vice President and Head of Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, highlighted Prime Video’s unparalleled reach, boasting over 200 million viewers worldwide, including 115 million in the United States. “No other streaming service can reach the number of customers with premium entertainment that we can,” he said.

Jennifer Salke, Head of Amazon MGM Studios, emphasized Amazon’s unique ability to create new cultural phenomena across multiple platforms. “Welcome to the next hundred years of Amazon MGM Studios,” she declared, noting the studio’s expansive reach across books, podcasts, music, fashion, and games.
