TUDUM Korea 2022: Everything Revealed at Netflix’s Global Fan Event

Netflix Korea gave us a glimpse of their current projects that will be streaming on the platform in the near future!

Netflix just teased more Korean content on their platform at the TUDUM Korea virtual event!

A part of TUDUM 2022: A Netflix Global Fan Event, this segment is dedicated to celebrating all of the Korean content available and soon-to-be available on the streaming platform. After all, it’s a Korean drama that currently holds the title of being the most watched Netflix show of all time: none other than the hit thriller Squid Game.

Aside from Squid Game, Netflix has also maintained a rich plethora of Korean films and dramas that range across different genres including popular titles such as Extraordinary Attorney Woo, All of Us Are Dead, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, and their most recent drama Little Women.

With such success, subscribers can only expect more Korean titles to populate the platform. But before we get ahead of ourselves, Netflix Korea already gave us a glimpse of their current projects that will be streaming on Netflix in the near future. Check them out below!

Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area Part 2

An exclusive clip for the second season of Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area, featuring the ex-North Korean special agent Cha Moo-hyuk hunting down a former comrade.

Single’s Inferno 2

The reality show Single’s Inferno is also getting a second season. Moon Sae-hoon and Shin Ji-yeon visited the set of the show, reminiscing their experiences during their stay and teasing what’s to come for season 2.

Physical: 100

A preview has also been revealed for the reality show Physical: 100 where 100 contestants must compete and participate in a series of physical challenges in order to find out who has the ultimate physique.

Korea No. 1

Hosts Yu Jae-seok, Lee Kwang-soo and Kim Yeon-koung also teased their upcoming reality show, which will give viewers a look at traditional jobs and how these jobs tie to Korean culture.

The Fabulous

Choi Min-ho and Chae Soo-bin star in the upcoming drama The Fabulous, which revolves around people who work in the fashion industry.

Glitch

Another upcoming K-drama from Netflix is Glitch, which is set to be released this October 7. It follows a girl’s search for her missing boyfriend, a search that will lead her to believe that he had been abducted by aliens.

20th Century Girl

An exclusive clip has been shown during the event, featuring Kim You-Jung and Byeon Woo-Seok of 20th Century Girl. It is a nostalgic love story that revolves around the 17-year-old girl Na Bo-ra.

Somebody

Starring Kim Young-Kwang, Kang Hae-Lim, Kim Yong-Ji, and Kim Soo-Yeon, Somebody revolves around a murder mystery that involves a social media app.

The Glory

Song Hye Kyo and Lee Do-Hyun star in this Korean drama which follows a victim of bullying who grew up to become the homeroom teacher of her bully’s child. Wanting revenge, she makes a cruel plot to get back at her tormentor.

Hellbound

Netflix also celebrated the renewals of beloved thriller dramas D.P., Sweet Home, All of Us Are Dead, and Hellbound. Check out a teaser below for the second season of Hellbound.

Squid Game

The event ends with Squid Game director Hwang Dong-hyuk giving viewers a glimpse of the unreleased clip from the first season of the hit thriller. Squid Game is also set to return for season 2
