The company opened its doors in 1991, in the city of Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul state-Brazil. It was with the Via Uno brand that it took its first steps, soon becoming an example of entrepreneurship. And not just because it build a global brand, but also because of its franchising project, which started in 2004, and today has over 270 stores, out of which 158 are located in Brazil, and 112 abroad. Its work model with franchisees has been recognized with important awards In 2009 and 2010, it received the “Seal of Excellence in Franchising (SEF)” awarded by the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) Another recognition received by Via Uno was The Business Award Franchise 2009, an international award granted by the French Franchising Federation and by the Reed Exhibition France.

It was also in 2009 that the Via Uno Group came up with something totally new in the Brazilian market, namely the Naturezza brand. It was the pioneer in uniting comfort fashion and a committed position towards environmental preservation and people’s well-being.
