In a very strange suburb, a rainbow colored rock falls from the sky into the hands of a lonely young boy. It turns out that the rock grants wishes, and it isn't long before the town is overrun by wishes-gone-wrong. But things get worse when a greedy corporate mogul gets wind of the wishing rock, and seeks its power for himself.
