The terms and conditions set out below form the basis on which we, Blockbusterseats, provide you with the convenience of various services online. By accessing this website and the services offered, you are subject to and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you review the Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website and this facility and service.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use or access this website and the services offered. Blockbusterseats reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use following any amendment or change constitutes your acceptance of all such amendments or changes.

This facility is merely an alternative mode of purchasing movie tickets but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website and the services offered herein. Blockbusterseats or any of its officers or employees shall not be liable for any loss, additional cost or damage as a result of the use of this facility, website and service. This facility shall be used only for the purchase of movie tickets and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Blockbusterseats does not warrant and guaranty that this facility, website and services offered will (1) be uninterrupted; (2) be free from inaccuracies, errors, viruses or other similar components; or (3) meet your requirements or needs or operate properly with the system you use. You shall solely bear all risks and liabilities in connection with your continued use and access of this facility, website and service and under no circumstance shall we be held liable for your use thereof.

If this limitation of liability or any part thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of Blockbusterseats under such circumstances for liabilities that otherwise would have been limited and shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the movie tickets purchased using this facility.

III. Registration

This facility is may only be used by individuals 18 years old and above. If you are under the age of 18, you can access this facility and the website and services offered only under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

You are solely responsible for all information provided in connection with this facility and service and we shall have the right to rely on the information you provided. You acknowledge that any data transmission you provide is not completely secure, and Blockbusterseats cannot give an absolute assurance that any information you provide to us will be secure at all times. If you object to the foregoing, please discontinue use and access of this website and services offered. Your continued use means express consent to the foregoing.

Blockbusterseats may, but is not obliged to, (a) monitor, screen, censor or reject any activity, content or material appearing on this website, (b) investigate any violation or non-compliance with these terms and conditions, and (c) do all such acts as may be necessary to ensure the provision of the services offered and/or the smooth operation of this website. We may further reject, modify, relocate, delete, edit, block or withdraw any material or content at this website or at any time stop, prevent or suspend use of the website or facility and services by any person upon our sole determination.

You acknowledge and agree that all content, information and materials herein, including the copyright and other intellectual property rights, in the website and services offered are owned by Blockbusterseats, its parent company, affiliates, suppliers or licensors unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Your use of this website and the services, including the content thereof, shall be for personal, non-commercial use only and always in accordance with the law and these terms and conditions. You shall not use or duplicate, copy, modify, publish or distribute any material or content herein in advertising or publicity or indicate any association or link to our company, cinemas, this facility or website or any of our websites without our prior written approval.

V. Purchase Policy

Movie tickets purchased are strictly non-cancelable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstance. Refunds will be provided only when the movie itself has been canceled or re-scheduled, or if the cinema(s) concerned will not be fully operating at the date and time stated in the purchased movie ticket. Refunds will be coursed thru the respective medium by which the purchaser bought the tickets (credit card) and subject to the procedure of the company and compliance with all requirements for such refund.

A non-refundable convenience fee of PESOS: Twenty (PHP20.00) will be charged to your credit card for every ticket purchased via this website and the services offered.

Movie tickets purchased will be available for collection at the relevant cinema from either the ticket booth or ticketing kiosk (where available). The purchaser must bring along the booking confirmation, sent via email or SMS, which contains the transaction number needed to retrieve the transaction information for purchase verification and ticket printing confirmation and provide such other information as may be required at the point of collection. The purchaser cannot collect the movie ticket purchased without the foregoing. If the person claiming the ticket is not the purchase/card holder, he shall present the following to claim the ticket: a) Booking confirmation print out (email) or SMS, b) photocopy of card and authorization letter from card holder, c) valid ID, d) such other information as may be required at the point of collection.

Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB). Blockbusterseats has a legal obligation to refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion of its cinema administrator, is under the minimum age required for R-13, R-16 or R-18 classified films. Proof of age may be required in certain instances.

Tickets purchased online are redeemable only until the screening time and duration of the movie for which the ticket was purchased. Once screening time has lapsed, ticket will be considered unredeemable and will be forfeited and non-refundable.

You represent and warrant that (a) any credit information you supply is true and complete; (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank and Blockbusterseats has no authority over any payments made through the bank payment gateway. Blockbusterseats does not retain your payment details or any other significant information such as your credit card number, passwords, pin number etc. Details of your credit card may be securely held by the bank which processes your transaction.

VI. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right at any time without need of prior notice to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently this service and website or any part thereof and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the website and/or any service offered under this agreement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our service and operation of our website due to factors outside of our control and this facility and website could be unavailable during certain periods of time, such as during update or modification. We shall not be made liable for any damage, injury, inconvenience, discomfort or prejudice which you have suffered or may suffer as a result of any of the foregoing.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, any other websites linked to this website by hyperlink or otherwise are so linked for convenience and ease of reference only. We do not represent or intend for such links to be referrals or endorsements of such other websites or the entities operating such websites. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by the laws in force in the Philippines.
