Noam Jenkins is a Canadian actor, perhaps best known for his recurring role as detective Jerry Barber in the Canadian drama series Rookie Blue. He is also known for guest-starring in numerous TV shows such as Deep in the City, Earth: Final Conflict, and Covert Affairs, and for playing Michael Marks in Saw II.

Jenkins jokingly stated in an interview that he is irrationally annoyed when people mispronounce his name, which is pronounced /noəm/, as /nom/, because they make it sound like the word "gnome" as in "garden gnome".
