Katrina Bowden

Katrina Kay Bowden (born September 19, 1988) is an American actress. --- Bowden was born in Wyckoff, New Jersey. She attended the now-defunct Saint Thomas More School in Midland Park, New Jersey, for her grammar and middle school education. She later attended Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Township, New Jersey. In 2006, Katrina scored her first acting role in a two-episode arc on the ABC long-time running daytime soap opera television series One Life to Live as Britney. She has since guest starred on shows such as Law & Order: SVU, Ugly Betty and most recently on the FOX comedy series New Girl. Katrina's breakthrough role came when she was cast as a recurring character on the Emmy Award winning Comedy television series 30 Rock, which premiered on October 11, 2006 on NBC. Katrina portrays the sexy and incompetent assistant Cerie. Katrina signed on as a regular for the show's second season in 2007. The show's final episode aired in January 2013, in total consisting of 7 seasons. Katrina also appeared in "Dance, Dance" a music video from American rock band Fall Out Boy. In 2008, Katrina made her film debut in the Summit Entertainment raunchy comedy Sex Drive, released to theaters on October 17, 2008. The following year Katrina starred in two low-budget Straight-to-DVD projects The Shortcut and Ratko: The Dictator's Son a film part of the National Lampoon Inc. film trilogy. In 2010 Katrina starred in the widely acclaimed Horror Comedy film Tucker & Dale vs Evil as Allison. The film was released in a limited release and grossed over $4,749,516 and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. The film holds a 'fresh' rating of 85% on Rotten Tomatoes. In April 2011, Bowden was voted as Esquire Magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive. --- On January 28, 2012, Bowden got engaged to her boyfriend of nearly two years, musician Ben Jorgensen. They were wed May 19, 2013 in the Brooklyn Botanical Garden in New York, USA.
