Robert Tinkler (born May 12, 1973) is a Canadian actor and television actor who is primarily known for his voiceover work. He is the voice of Howie on Almost Naked Animals, Max on The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police, Delete in the series of Cyberchase, Cenotaph (Season 1) & Brooklyn (Season 3) in Beyblade, Rubeus in the English version of Sailor Moon R, Pupulan in the English version of Sailor Moon SuperS movie, the title character in Pelswick, Helios in the English Version of Sailor Moon SuperS and Grumpy Bear in 2004's Care Bears: Journey to Joke-a-lot and 2005's The Care Bears' Big Wish Movie. Robert also plays the pilot in the 1999 PlayStation game Dino Crisis. He has also done script writing for various cartoons and TV shows.
