An abandoned girl raises herself to adulthood in the dangerous marshlands and is isolated from her community because of many rumors about herself. She is drawn to two young men from town, and when one of them is found dead she is Kya opens herself to a new and startling world; but when one of them is found dead, the community immediately labels her as the main suspect.

The 15th film from the One Piece series takes place on Elegia, the “Island of Music,” where Uta, the world’s greatest diva, performs her first ever live concert and reveals herself to the public. Straw Hats, pirates, Marines, and fans from all over the world gather to hear Uta’s “otherworldly” voice. However, the event begins with the shocking revelation that Uta is Shanks’ daughter.
