Chef Cuisine

Chef Cuisine was born out of the desire to innovate service beyond what is known today. Pick a chef Pick a Cuisine’s mission is to elevate food and service standards that will truly make the clients’ events, special and memorable. The people of Chef Cuisine want to share in the memories their clients will build, to chronicle the good, the great and joyous times of breaking bread and sharing a bite to eat.

The company was a brainchild of Wally Ledesma and Chef Him Uy de Baron. Wally earlier owned a catering company called Centerpoint Chef that needed some changes to keep up with the new trends and demands. By chance, Chef Him was introduced to Wally and things started to take shape. Ideas were tossed, having in mind the client and their needs as well as the new breed of chefs wanting to prove something to the world. An idea was born, a catering company that featured numerous talented chefs, and a system that highlights and encourages the core competency and first love of any chef, to create and cook.

Chef Cuisine’s dreams are big, that they can change the way catering is done here in Manila, that they can be the foremost industry leader for excellence, innovation, creativity, and professionalism. They believe in their capability to exceed their clients’ expectations by being exceptionally different and in a class of their own.

The Team is composed of a dynamic mix of youth and experience, of vigor and wisdom, of discipline and talent.
