Bretto's Fine Meat and Deli Shop was founded in 1994 in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. The site of our first location is along Don Juico Avenue adjacent to the Clark Freeport Zone, and initially began as a simple 25-square meter food stall, established to sell imported meats, delicatessen items, and cheeses.

Since its inception, Bretto's Angeles has expanded to include a coffee shop, a full butchery and bakery, and a grocery section with an assortment of imported foreign consumer goods, wines, local vegetables, as well as an extensive collection of raw meats, sausages, deli meats, breads, and cheeses.

Bretto's Coffee Shop offers a comprehensive menu featuring an array of international cuisines. Bretto's is perhaps best known for its extra large hamburgers and enormous submarine sandwiches, having been voted #1 Best Burger in Angeles City recently.

Bretto's butcher is a major purveyor of quality meats in Angeles and is currently delivering to most of the hotels in the area. By September or October 2013 an industrial bakery will be finished nearby Bretto's main location, increasing the capacity of baked goods and allowing us to improve our products and services line.

Bretto's also has a deli and grocery operating in Barrio Barretto, Olongapo since the 1999. A coffee shop was added next door to the deli in May 2013. Subic area customers will now be able to enjoy a nice meal in a relaxing air-conditioned environment.

A call center office was setup to assist Bretto's expansion. The office handles retail and wholesale inquiries for our marketing campaigns beginning in 2013. Our goal is to have the largest home and business food delivery service in Angeles, Olongapo, and the surrounding areas, supported by Bretto's on Wheels food trucks and delivery bikes. This will expand our market reach and help promote our new 24-hour restaurant, Bretto's Prestige.

Bretto's Prestige began construction in the commercial space at the 1st floor of the Tune Hotel in Angeles City in July 2013 and will be completed in late August. Prestige is a 211-square meter project that will feature a modernly designed restaurant and coffee bar, and a seating capacity of 100+. Prestige is being designed to cover both the needs of the guests of the hotel as well as those locals looking for an upscale place to unwind or have a business meeting in the Clarkview area of Angeles. There will be a private room for conferences, meetings, and special events like birthday parties, baptismals, or debuts.

Bretto's current business model is both retail and wholesale. Our plan is to begin expanding Bretto's into new markets with sandwich and coffee stands, and we will begin offering franchising in the first or second quarter of 2014.
