Set against the enchanting ambiance of Manila’s most romantic dining venue, Champagne Room presents a six-course Valentine’s Degustation Dinner. The menu includes Pan-Seared Foie Gras and Prawn on Melon Gazpacho, Cauliflower-Apple Soup with Lump Crab Meat, and Lobster-Ricotta Ravioli in Light Lobster Cream Sauce. Red Jade presents a special menu, meticulously created for a romantic dinner for two. For a charming daytime celebration, The Manila Hotel offers a pink-themed Afternoon Tea that includes Strawberry Bibingka, Puto Bumbong, Strawberry Fruit Tartlet, Raspberry Jam Cookies, Raspberry Macaron, Strawberry Panna Cotta, Tuna Sandwich in Pink Bread, Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwich, and Smoked Salmon Crepe Roll.
