At Siklab+, the flavors are audacious and commanding, designed to captivate and satisfy. Each dish is a bold declaration of culinary excellence, presented in strikingly unique tableware that invites diners to plunge into a world of vibrant tastes and aromas. From starters to main courses, every item on the menu is a crafted masterpiece waiting to be discovered.
Signature Dishes and Must-Try Delights
Some of its signature dishes are Ginataang Kuhol (Kuhol ni Tanggol), Kare Kare (KKK: Klasikong Kare-Kare), Pancit Negra (Pancit Itim) and Pinatisang Fried Chicken.
The menu doesn’t stop there. Explore more Filipino favorites like Ok na Okoy and Paboritong Pork Sisig, Pinalutong na Tawilis and Anak ng Tokwa’t Baboy, or delve into the fresh tastes of Gising-Gising Na! and the ubiquitous Bet Na Pinakbet. Aside from Kare-Kare, meat dishes are Pinalutong na Tadyang, Pinoy-Bistek, Siniklabang Manok, Crispy Diniguan, Bopis ni Ima and Kalderetang Kordero, best eaten with Dilis, Bagoong or Chorizo Rice.
For snacks, there are the Special Lomi, PBG: Pancit Bihon Guisado, and Pancit Palabok while desserts include various kakanin, Turon Trio, Bonggang Bibingka and Puto Bumbong. Specialty drinks like Kamias Pineapple Slush, Tsokolate at Kalamansi, Ube Kolada, Sierra Madre and Dalandan ng Ale complete the menu.
