Solaire collaborated with the luxe whisky brand Dalmore to bring you whisky-infused mooncakes!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is upon us once more and with it comes the revered flavors of rich and decadent mooncakes that have long been part of the Chinese tradition. This year, Solaire Resort and Casino makes the festivities even more special with their lineup of luxurious mooncake sets.

Available in 11 flavors, Solaire’s mooncake sets come in stylish red boxes that are embellished with illustrations of the much-celebrated folklore, and a sleek, white mini-chiller that patrons can also use for other small treats after they’ve enjoyed the mooncakes that come with it.

Those who seek the classics can enjoy Solaire’s Traditional Baked Mooncakes, available in boxes of 2, 4, and 6. They offer four flavors that truly exude a hint of grandeur: the velvety red bean paste with pistachio nuts; the silken white lotus paste with almonds; the red bean paste with pumpkin seeds and double egg yolks; and the white lotus paste with sunflower seeds and double egg yolks. A box of 2 is priced P3,688; a box of 4 is P4,688; while a box of 6 is available for P6,688.

Fancy some whimsy? Their Snow Skin Mooncakes serve as their sweeter offerings, made more playful as lollipops bursting with flavor. They also come with Solaire’s Mini-Chiller, which is perfect for your car, bedroom, or office. Available variants include the Mango Snow Skin Mooncake made with mango paste and mango chocolate; the Blue Snow Skin Mooncake with lotus raisin paste and blueberry chocolate; the Strawberry Snow Skin Mooncake made with lotus paste and rum hazelnut chocolate; the Papaya Snow Skin Mooncake with custard paste and Palette Noir chocolate; and the Dragon Fruit Snow Skin Mooncake made with lotus paste and whisky chocolate. The Snow Skin Mooncakes with the Mini-Chiller are available for P6,888.

Meanwhile, the Teochew-style Mooncakes combine the goodness of mooncakes and pastries with its soft and flaky exterior and flavorful mooncake paste and egg yolks as filling. These Teochew mooncakes are available in taro and ube flavors. The Teochew mooncakes are priced P2,888 for a box of 2; P3,888 for a box of 6; and P4,888 for a box of 8.

Finally, their limited release of mooncakes made in collaboration with the luxe whisky brand Dalmore, are perfect for one’s lavish feast this Mid-Autumn Festival. Each box contains two indulgent Dalmore-infused mooncakes that come with a 700ml bottle of either the Dalmore King Alexander III or the rare Dalmore 25 Year Old, the former having only 80 sets while the latter has only 8 sets available. These rare finds are sold for P28,888 for the set with the Dalmore King Alexander III and P88,888 for the ones with the Dalmore 25 Year Old.
