The 4th Philippine Web Awards is now accepting nominees for the best Filipino-created Websites for the year. It was not just a bunch of links to other WAP sites. The search engine functioned well and the information was updated,” said Heinz Bulos, chairman of the 3rd Philippine Web Awards awards committee.
