There are five new dishes available in “Just For Me” servings: First up is Baked Fish Napolitana. It is battered dory fillet baked with napolitana sauce and mozzarella and served on top of buttered pasta. A nibble and you’re hooked! Or you may opt for the Beef & Eggplant Curry, a rice dish that will tickle your taste buds with a dash of spicy curry relish for that extra zing. Beef strips and eggplants are simmered in green curry paste and coconut cream and laid over a bed of white rice. Another eggplant–based choice is the Eggplant & Mozzarella Pasta, grated mozzarella and sliced eggplants simmered in classic tomato sauce and cream for that additional layer of flavor. The Boneless Chicken Barbecue, meanwhile, consists of chicken breasts that are grilled to juicy perfection and bathed in a tangy honey-barbecue sauce. It is served with seafood rice and steamed vegetables. Then there is a Filipino delight, Bangus ala Pobre. Sink your teeth into bangus slices topped with garlic sauce and served with Fish & Co.’s seafood rice and sautéed vegetables.
But the fishy goodness doesn’t stop there.
